Shipping Policy

Order Processing: If your watch is labeled "In Stock" on the product page, it means we have the parts ready and it typically takes us 2-3 business days to hand-build, test, and package your timepiece before shipping.

If your watch is labeled "Special Order" on the product page, we will order the parts once the order is placed and hand-build the watch once we receive the parts. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for this process.

Accurate Shipping Details: During checkout, please ensure you have entered the correct shipping details. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been shipped.

Cancelled Orders: Orders can not be cancelled once a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number has been sent to you. If you wish to cancel your order before the shipping confirmation, there is a $40 USD cancellation fee, as time has already been spent to hand build, test, and package the watch.

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free shipping worldwide on all watches in our collection. Due to shipping restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. To see if your country is eligible, simply follow our check out process and if it allows you to pay, it means your country is eligible and free shipping will be applied automatically.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the courier company and tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to update.

Transit Time: Transit times will vary depending on your country. Domestic orders within Canada typically take 5 to 10 business days. International orders typically take 8 to 12 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and we do not guarantee any delivery dates. Once your order is with the courier, we can not reverse the shipment or reroute to a different address. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs.

Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We will work with our courier service to try and remove or reduce these fees. However, if they do incur, Precision Watch Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact the courier company involved to file a claim. You are responsible for providing us with a delivery address where you can confidently receive your order. 

The courier company can provide us with a Proof of Delivery. If your shipment gets lost or stolen afterwards, it is your responsibility. If this is a concern for your delivery address, please call the courier company ahead of time to postpone or redirect your delivery if needed.
