Return & Refund Policy

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are big watch enthusiasts here at Precision! We love every watch we hand build and know you will love them too! However, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your new timepiece, we offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. That means you can place your order worry free and know that it can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If you would like to start this process, please email us at returns@precisionwatchstudio.com with your Order # and the item(s) you wish to return. Our expert team will confirm that it is within the 7 day window and you will be instructed to ship the item(s) back to our watch studio location. The item(s) must be in unused condition, free of damages, and include all original packaging.

You will be responsible for packaging and sending the item(s) back to the address we provide.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not reimburse you for this.

There is no restocking fee but customers will be deducted our initial shipping cost and any duties incurred upon return shipping.

Once we have received your item(s), our experts will start their inspection to deem if all items are in unused and undamaged condition. If all conditions are met, we'll reach out to arrange your refund minus our initial shipping cost (typically $25 - $50 USD depending on the country) and any duties incurred upon return shipping.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

At Precision Watch Studio, we have 100% confidence in the craftmanship and quality control of our watchmakers. However, if your timepiece arrives damaged or with any manufacturing defects, please email us at returns@precisionwatchstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your Order # along with a detailed description, pictures, and videos of the damage or defect. Our expert team will be in contact with you and instruct how to send the item back to us. Once we have received and inspected your item, we would arrange for a replacement to get sent out immediately. You will be required to ship the watch back to us. 

After receiving and inspecting the watch, we will reimburse the shipping cost to you, up to a maximum of $25 USD. Any duties incurred during the return shipping are not our responsibility.

 

Custom Watch Orders:

For custom watch orders, specific parts are custom ordered just for your timepiece, therefore all custom watch orders are final sale and we do not accept returns for them. 

 

Refunds: 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
